"Thought we'd give you some info on how we are doing. We spend anywhere between 45 minutes and 2.5 hours in the evening together, depending on the day. We call it our play time. We've added more color in the bedroom with purple and red candles of various sizes (all that contrast!) and they add so much. We both love the effect. I've also been looking at different fabrics and at tall plants to add the Tantric look you suggested. We have continued to practice the breathing and all the other exercises. Since Sunday night, I've had 3 screaming orgasms- and yes I make lots of noise. What a change. We still have a ways to go on everything, but it is all happening gradually.
